"The property is quite tired. Rooms need serious update. Bathroom tile has mold in showers. Bed mattress was not pleasant. Few electrical outlets. TV slightly larger than a computer monitor. WIFI does not work in the rooms. Linen needs replacement. Bathroom supplies inadequate .
Parking poor. It appears that it may at some time been used for a children’s camp.
Those points not withstanding , the property location and views are very nice. Pool is good.
Price reflects quality . Online...
"Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable.
It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure.
Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...
"Siamo stati solo una notte e abbiamo utilizzato poco i servizi. La camera però era piccola e il bagno molto molto stretto. Lo scarico della doccia era otturato.
Cosa peggiore: la colazione a buffet. E' tutto troppo esposto, ci sono quasi solo prodotti industriali e da bere c'è solo caffè con latte in polvere dalle macchinette oppure una specie di succo, sempre dalle macchinette. Belle e curate invece le aree verdi."
"Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentilissimo ad accoglierci, il check-in è durato pochi minuti e siamo stati subito accompagnati in camera, pulita, spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata e con un bel terrazzino. Avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo la chiusura del ristorante e la cucina ha preparato per noi una cena fredda ottima e varia che ci aspettava in camera. "It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children."

"This place was great! We have a family with 4 kids ages 0,3,6,9. There was something for everyone! Kids club at night and in the morning. The beach service and pools were more than enough, but they had a lot of other activities. Staff was wonderful and food was top notch. We stayed for 10 days and it wasn’t enough! "
