It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children.

Sono anni che vado e le mie nipoti si trovano bene. Il posto è gradevole per la presenza del mare e della piscina. Ma risulta ad agosto un po costoso.

Bella struttura immersa nella pineta. La parte residence è un po' penalizzata, completamente staccata dalla parte hotel dove ci sono la maggior parte dei servizi, le piscine e l'animazione. Anche il parcheggio, esterno alle strutture, non è molto comodo per il residence. L' è consentito solo il carico e scarico dei bagagli.

Stuttura e posizione fantastici ma animazione troppo rumorosa impossibile avere un po di pace

Struttura complessivamente gradevole, anche se, a livello di "stelle", un po generose. I villini del residence si trovano a circa 400 mt dal corpo centrale del villaggio, risultando scomodi, mancando un collegamento interno alla pineta, per raggiungere sia le piscine che i parcheggi. Spiaggia, non gestita dall'hotel e quindi a pagamento, non particolarmente attrezzata e scarsamente pulita. La camera assegnataci, sebbene avessi fatto notare la prenotazione, non era del tipo previsto. Armadio non utilizzabile dato il cattivo odore che emanava aprendolo, cuscini di una scomodità mai vista, frigo con la porta che non chiudeva perfettamente. Costante compagnia di zanzare, formiche e qualche scarafaggio. Presenza, nonostante fosse indicata come struttura dove gli animali non fossero ammessi, di cani di tutte le taglie (presente anche un piccolo park dog all'ingresso). Per il resto, avendovi soggiornato il meno possibile, ho potuto godere delle bellezze della splendida Toscana.

Albergo molto comodo, con un ottimo servizio ed un rapido accesso al mare. Piacevole ed attenta l'animazione, mai troppo rumorosa ed invasiva. Buono il ristorante. Bello il posto tra i pini, con un ampio parcheggio di facile accesso.

siamo stati solo due giorni ma siamo stati benissimo....tanta gentilezza....pulizia.colazione e cena ottima...e i camerieri molto gentili!!!!oato bellissimo con due piscine.....e con la pineta molto fresco. è stato un dispiacere partire....ma ci tornerò!!!!
