"The hotel team are brilliant - super friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new so everything is in great condition. The pool and gym are great - with a better than expected steam. The rooms work really well for their size and comfy beds. The snack bar is useful and teh on site parking is great, The location is perfect for any events in Excel or if you want to head over to the cable cars or access the DLR. "We had a lovely 2 night stay at Orsett Hall. The grounds are lovely with an array of wild birds including green parakeets. The food was good with very generous portions. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean just had some sealant peeling off bottom of the bath. The bed was a bit too hard for me. We used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. We were the only ones using the pool so it was fine but it isn't that big so would have felt crowded if anyone else was in there. I did notice that some...
