"We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, especially for a European hotel. Perfect location that was a few steps from great restaurants and shops. Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. "La chambre etait bien rien à redire par contre il n’y a pas de prise à côté du lit il faut aller brancher son téléphone plus loin ça c’est embêtant. Ce qui nous a vraiment embêté c’est que nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il y avait une baignoire et au final il n’y avait aucun bouchon pour pouvoir prendre un bain. Nous avons appelé la réception mais visiblement notre problème ne les intéressaient pas. C’est vraiment pas professionnel. "
