"The aquarium areas are nice, pools are clean, but bathrooms near beach area need repair the doors are off in two of the four stalls , dirty, and not stocked with toilet paper. Landscape near eating area at pool had trash laying around same trash everyday so no routine cleaning. Our room at Royal was amazing, housekeeping , check in desk also amazing. Casino was festive , fun, and easy to get a drink unlike BahaMar which may be bigger but spread out and boring. I hope the continue to remodel...

"It was a good experience. Atlantis is a big resort with lots of things to do during the day. The 3 things that could have made it way better: 1. If Wifi connection worked better 2: if they had more activities at night and 3: food was not as good for the price. Only restaurant my family loved was Cocodrilos."

"We are having an incredible stay at the Reef , Atlantis. The sea glass lounge service was above and beyond! The drinks were the best we had at the resort by far. Thank you, Tray Amele, Marcus, & Lincoln! You guys made us want to stay longer. Dario, checked in with us every day of our stay at the beach and pool service area.
