Helpful with planning tours and suggesting activities and restaurants. Safe property and neighborhood. Delicious breakfasts brought to the room daily at time of your choosing! Fresh fruit and breakfast ingredients stocked in your room’s refrigerator daily. I won’t hesitate to recommend and stay here again...

"Excellent service! They run out to get your luggage, explain the amenities at the hotel, and show you to your room and the room’s features. Very clean! Very reasonably priced which included a bouquet of flowers, lots of snacks, a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine in our room. Hotel restaurant is almost as good as some expensive restaurants in large USA cities, but reasonably priced. The food and drink choices were plentiful and delicious."

"Terrazas de Dana is magical. Family of four with special need kids, who also have severe food allergies. Extremely food allergy conscious. Immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and spacious. Food is delish and well priced. Ammenties are bountiful so hard to name them all but suffice to say they jade thought of everything, including binocs for bird watching, umbrellas for rainy days, coffee and tea stations, well lit pathways, etc. Property is gated/ safe...

Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación."

"The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere."

"We stayed four-nights in May 2025 at Casa Equatreasures. My family occupied three rooms. The hotel location is near good restaurants and cultural attractions, and also walkable to the San Francisco subway station. The neighborhood felt very safe to us (3 women, 2 men). The hotel has a central atrium that is a well lit socializing and reading space. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the attached bathrooms well appointed. Do not expect a luxury hotel. The rooms were spacious enough...
