I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the area. The rate was also very competitive, making it an unbeatable value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

It seems like a brand new property. The staff is super kind, both the front door staff and the one who communicate with you via WhatsApp (the staff of the sister hotel less so). They are extremely responsive. The location is great, near lots of restaurants and the beautiful Carolina park.

Cant even check a person in properly

They did not have my reservation so it took hours to check in even after I showed them all the confirmation. Rooms do no have temperature control and bed sheets/pillows are cheap. Bad experience would not stay again.

There was a problem with the reservation which was fully paid for and no one on property or off property to communicate with other than an extremely rude and unhelpful security guard… Expedia acted with great customer service and got me a room late at night for my convenience and safety. Still never heard from property management

Not happy. Long hair all over the floors, not clean.
