"The apartment was very nice, but staff and services were poor.
The WiFi was so unstable as to be useless resulting in daily frustration as I tried in vain to handle email, make arrangements, and so on.
Parking was available in front of our building initially, but then suddenly not. One evening I drove around for 30 minutes finally got a spot on the far side of the resort after someone left.
When I complained about the WiFi, they first acted surprised, then worked with me to log in and...
"Excellent location. two minute walk to the beach and on the same street as all the restaurants and shops. Our room was super clean when we arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a wand in the shower. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. My only negative comment would be that there are no electrical outlets by the night stands (at least in our room). We had to run an extension cord from the other side of the room to the night stand so that I could use my cpap machine for...
"Really enjoyed our stay here. Highlights were the amazing pool, the food in the restaurant (particularly the Indonesian night), the big rooms (although dated), beautiful trees and the rainforest walk through. I recommend 'Port Douglas premium transfers' to and from the airport - awesome driver. SR coaches cancelled on us. Port Douglas is incredible, the beach is so beautiful. Also a great cafe called St. Crispins a short walk from the resort with awesome food and coffee. We would come back and...
"The staff was amazing very helpful, clean room great location plenty of things to do close by. The only downfall was our dryer in the room did not work, but there was a clothes rack that we were able to hang our clothes on to dry."
"This has been an awesome stay where amenities are great and specious unit. The grounds are clean and very nice. The location is quiet and short drive to Port Douglas. Overall, we have great and enjoyable stay."
"Great location. Nice large pool. Restaurant attached was amazing.
Apartment was large & had a big balcony. Not the nicest room but pretty good value."
"The staff and amenities were wonderful. They were so accommodating with the late check in and gave us great recommendations on where to go during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again!"
"The perfect location! So easy to walk to the shops and beach. Direct access to the pool was also wonderful! Highly recommend, we had such a lovely stay!"
"The property was equiped very comfortable and central to shops, restaurants, cafes ,Marina and the Beach.
Angie was friendly and obliging in everything and made our stay very easy. Angie booked all our activities and airport transfers."
"Walls are paper thin. Can hear alarms and talking through of room next door. But great location, pool was nice and like the shared kitchen area. Rooms spacious and clean and modern. Never received email with details to access room. Had to go through emails to find contact number but once I called them the pin was sent through within 30 seconds"
"Stayed in a studio facing the street behind, fairly noisy. Spa has had its day, water cold before finished filling. Beds comfortable enough. There are dvds to borrow downstairs however the batteries in our dvd player had rusted/iodised into the remote and we couldn’t use it.
One thing to mention if you’re wanting a quiet day by the pool, the constant waterfall into the pool is actually very noisy! First world problem but annoying if you like quiet."
