"Do not put your bills to your room as they will charge you stuff that you never consume and also for the kids meals that suppose to be "free", terrible food and cocktails!! Never again!!"
"Wir hatten das Glück ein Upgrade auf ein Executive Apartment über drei Etagen zu erhalten. Das war fantastisch. Es war ruhig und sauber. Man hatte alles, was man brauchte und mehr.
Das WLAN war leider sehr unzuverlässig. Wir hatten Zeiten, da hat es super funktioniert und dann wieder gar nicht.
Das Frühstück war nicht so unser Fall, ist halt Geschmackssache."
"Pool was good & the balcony was nice to sit out at night, one Staff member in particular was quite difficult to understand
The bathroom had this terrible smell coming out of the floor drain, we had to put a towel over it so we couldn't smell it. The corner spa bath is very 80's & most difficult to get into it, there wasn't much room to get in the shower situated in the spa bath, water leaked all over the floor, made it very slipery, shower not cleaned very well"
"Affordable and super convenient location. Good sized apartment with a fantastic view.
Highly recommend for families looking to get away without breaking the bank and not wanting to share a tiny hotel room with the whole family! The kids loved the multiple pool options"
"We had a penthouse booked and there was no hot waterfor the entire weekend, which was a let down. It was Luke warm at best.
One of our guest (whom is pregnant) informed the maintenance man we had no hot water. The maintenance man said just "use the spa that has heat".
She informed the maintenance man that she is pregnant and can not have a spa as its dangerous for pregnancies.
He simply responded with "that sucks".
The property was nice and comfortable but no hot water and a terrible customer...
"Located next to marina. Convenient location. Apartment was clean. Undercover secure carport downstairs with lift access.
The only downside is there is no curtain for the front which is all glass. There ia a metal gate privacy screen but you can see through to outside and people can see inside."
"Pros: Monique - the guest service agent from the reception was amazing! Would always get back to my calls and provide assistance accordingly, she even got me painkillers when I was unfortunately having bad cramps during my holidays! Spacious place!
Cons: One of our friends at the twin single bed rooms’ bed had old stains on her linen, so she wasn’t too comfortable in sleeping in it. And the floors were a bit dirty! Wifi was very weak. Parking was a little tight but overall is a very affordable...
"Very nice and well furnished apartment. You have everything you need. Appliances are high quality. Beds were comfortable. Location and view is great. We enjoyed our stay with the family."
