"the hotel is in a prime location, yet it is in a terrible condition, ripped carpet in hallways, cracked bathroom sink, tap filter blew out as hadnt been cleaned, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, rip in curtain. I would suggest being more mindful of what the visitors want to do. "The managing couple were ever so lovely and couldn't help more. Amity is close to town for walking in and back, which is why I chose there. "Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. "The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."
