"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"We had an amazing stay at the Coconut Cottage in OCMD! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in the perfect location—on the bay, close to everything, and surrounded by beautiful views. "So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. "We arrived at the condo in the evening to find that it had not been cleaned. The rental company arranged to have it cleaned, but we were not able to get in until about 11:00 PM. We soon noticed that one of the sliding doors did not lock. It was too late to have it fixed, but this made for a very uncomfortable night as my husband and I were extremely worried that someone would walk right into the condo.
