"The Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Historical Town, including shops , restaurants, a mountain view and close proximity to the cable car and walking trails to Doss Trento. Staff were very helpful with directions and answering questions. Hotel is clean with very nice bathroom amenities. Hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant ."
"Nice location in Trento Very nice check in staff.
The parking was horrible no clear instructions on where to park. Had to park and carry luggage over 1 mile away.
The room was awful the bed was like sleeping on a rock with only 1 twin size blanket. Only one shower towel.
The breakfast was okay with very little choices and a very rude staff member overseeing the bar and coffee area.
Would definitely not return or recommend"

Facilities were spotless, pool was heated. 10/10 would recommend this stay! Also right across from the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life"
"Booked a room of 3 for two people. They gave me the room for 2. I had to pay extra when additional family member confirm staying with us. Breakfast is fenomenal. Tricky to arrive. Great location. Right in the city center. Free bikes. Could stay again."

This was not disclosed prior. If you were inclined to nap during the day, it was definitely too noisy from all of the drilling. The Wi-Fi was inadequate, and the breakfast was mediocre. If you are staying for one or two nights, it is sufficient because the rooms are comfortable and the location is...
