"Everything was fine and the location of the hotel was just perfect. Close to the Leaning Tower and many nice restaurants around along with convenience stores. However, we were disappointed with the cleaning staff who knocked on our door and we said we need more time before she can clean the room, she was very upset and said nothing. That was way before the 11 am checkout time. This is terrible customer service and ruin the hotel reputation!"
"Our room was lovely and air conditioned but there was a hook closure missing on one of the doors to the balcony.
Also there were some ants coming in off the balcony too.
The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine but the hairdryer doesn’t work very well. Overall it was a lovely hotel and the breakfast was delicious. "
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité.
Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique.
Je recommande donc vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir."
"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.
