"A good note, a bit pricey for the quality of the amenities. However, in Winchester there is not much choice of good properties so feel we chose well"

"Lift "Out of Order", Jacuzzi "Out of Order", Chef "Out of Order". This is not a 4 star hotel, they seem to be struggling to maintain it and staff it sufficiently. After waiting one hour ten minutes for our food, two out of three meals were awful; dry, tasteless and covered in red chillies to disguise them. Most staff were lovely, they have a tough job there though."

"good parking. a sign showing how to.get.into the hotel area would.be very helpful (ie at the traffic lights and roundabout) as took us a while and we used to live here! quilt lumpy but warm enough. loved the shower!"
