"Rooms for handicapped persons should be reserved for those who need it first, and I did not like being assigned a handicapped room when I never requested one and there were other rooms available. I also was not informed of this type of room assignment upon check-in, and found-out about it when I actually viewed the room. It was a bit of a challenge to get re-assigned the correct room, but that was finally resolved.

Only reason stayed in room I was tired from traveling and had no effort to change hotel. Also , you can hear next door room activity! Couldnt sleep well.
