Courtyard room very small and although there was an air cooler it was useless. We took our Dyson fan with us and hardly slept on the first night. Definitely need air conditioning in bedroom. Very nice breakfast with good menu.
Inside The Orange Tree we found it very tired and needed a thorough clean eg windows, window ledge and ornaments adjacent to our breakfast table. I mentioned this to a waitress as not very appetising. Also the upholstered chairs looked really...

"We had a lovely two night stay, the room was spotless. Ate in the restaurant the first night and it was excellent. The breakfast was also good but the only downside was the slow service, only one person on in the kitchen for at least 10 rooms wasn’t enough. Also odd breakfast hours of 9-10.45 didn’t help. That said it was a lovely stay. We would go back."
"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...
"Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there.
The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.
We had several issues regarding the room. When we arrived at 4pm we had to wait for it to be serviced.
