We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t...

"the owners of the property could not do enough and were must charming. Carlo and Paola work so terribly hard but always ready to talk and smile with the guests. It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking. "La struttura in se è molto bella, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche attenzione in più. All'arrivo ci si trova in un grande parcheggio abbastanza spoglio. La fontana centrale non è funzionante. La hall e la sala pranzo si presentano bene. La camera (Suite Junior) è situata al secondo piano, mediamente grande e abbastanza pulita ma manca certamente la zanzariera all'unica finestra in quanto essendo in campagna gli insetti non mancano.
