"This was our last hotel of the trip and I booked a 4 star as our other hotels have been 3 stars, to end out trip in a nicer hotel. Unfortunately this was by far and away the poorest hotel we stayed at. It started off badly as we were given our room keys and walked in on 2 people sleeping !! I'm not sure if because of this we were given a room that wasnt fully ready but it was quite poor, the shower didn't drain properly and was really slippy, the excess water ran behind the sink and caused...
"Really clean well maintained property, and lovely friendly staff.
Some improvements are to the breakfast which was limited in choice and poor in quality,
The area around it is pretty rundown with lots of building work going on and older residential properties.
The beach is not private and not well maintained"
"Very Disappointing Experience
The location was the biggest disappointment. Although the resort has beach access, you cannot walk along the beach to reach the main beachfront street because both sides are blocked off. You are essentially confined to the resort’s private beach, which is very inconvenient.
The staff were also unhelpful. Immediately after checking in, we realized that the room we were given was not the one we had booked. We contacted the staff right away, but they did not offer us...
