Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Travelled from Scotland. Hotel spotlessly clean! Rooms fantastic! Great beach location. Staff very helpful & friendly. One of the best places we have visited! We didn't eat in restaurant but Al a cart food is excellent! Spa wonderful. Julian & all the staff made our stay very special. Will definitely return to Albania! Five stars!

There was poor transport link, no public transport. The taxi charges about 40euro to go to Tirana city. The room was nice we had a sea view but the other side was supposed to be pool view but the pool was empty and under renovations. There was hardly WI-FI in the rooms, you had to go downstairs to be able to have a good connection. the streets surrounding the hotel looks like a deserted and abandoned places , old unused buildings, some under renovations. The food from the restaurant was always cold even if you go early.
