We were completely ignored at check-in and had to use the “make your own key” check-in machine. We also chose this hotel because it said it had laundry facilities. They don’t have a do-it-yourself facilities, they have a desk drop-off where they send it out at 6:00am and you get the clean laundry back the next day.
