"Convenient out of town location for Lincoln"

"I have stayed in this hotel when in the area with work over the last 4 years. The staff as always were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very busy with wedding and the bars was thus packed, which wasn't an issue. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was decent. Downside was the swimming pool is now permanently closed (got notified after I had made the the booking) with the spa & gym also closing shortly. "Service and staff were great, my only issue was I couldn’t get the subtitles on the tv, as a hearing impaired person I really needed them. Every thing else wast lovely."

"Pleasant enough. Good location for the marina and a short walk to city centre. Could do with newer (non-sprung) mattresses and a re-vamp of the AC. But it still worked and was clean and suitable. Reception seemed polite and friendly. Expect to pay £10 for overnight use of the car park. "

"The hotel and restaurant are both really nice, as are the modern rooms. We had a standard double room on a Saturday night which was very reasonably priced at £70 (room only)..but the meals for both dinner and breakfast were not only really great but also very reasonably priced. The only snag was that our room had a very smelly bathroom (drains) which at times was over powering. I hope they get that sorted."

"The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room It is situated on quite a busy road but I had earplugs so not a problem. The breakfast is left in your room for you to take to the shared kitchen and prepare, I hadn't seen that before but there was more than enough food. Overall very satisfactory."
