"The resort itself is beautiful. Location is top notch. Our room had a big wet spot on floor right in front of fridge which we think was from fridge defrosting at some point before we checked in. Caused the room to stink like wet basement. Wasn’t great but they did have someone come vaccum up the water which helped a bit. Overall room was clean & had extra supplies in kitchenette which was nice. Hotel is kid friendly & pools are great. Staff wasn’t all that pleasant but overall great experience. "

"We only stayed a couple days but it was super comfortable and clean. Love that we had efficiency rooms to do a bit of cooking. This place allows smoking on grounds but not in rooms. Being a smoker, I appreciated that but I also appreciated how respectful all the smokers were, including myself. Lots of receptacles available and they are kept clean and organized. It IS possible to be a respectful and clean smoker. Pool area is gorgeous and this place is right on the beach! We really had a nice...

"Overall very good. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Water pressure in kitchen was slow. Otherwise no complaints. Dueling pianos on Wed was fun."

"Our stay started with a in-person greeting and welcome to the area. We were shown exactly where to go and how to get to the unit. The best part--opening the blinds to see the most breathtaking view of the ocean! Greg was great with communicating, and we discovered one of the beach chairs was broken, he immediately worked with us to replace! The unit was equipped with starter paper towels and dish soap and other amenities which was really nice! We greatly enjoyed our week and cant wait to come...

"It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! "

"Very clean condo on Ormond Beach. Has beach access and pool. Love the views of the ocean and bay side. We like the option of driving up to Flagler or driving down to Daytona within 10 -15 minute drive either way. Easy drive to Orlando also"

"House is in great location, kids were able to fish w ease. They wont send check in information until 24 hoirs b4 u arrive, so its tough when you're traveling. Pool is not heated. There is deferred maintenance. One of the bedrooms has no working electricity, daughter left her feather down pillow and owners refused to reach out to ship back and id be happy to pay for shipping. Can't see anything in the bedroomThe owners had food shipped while we were there, but we were out all day so the food rot....

"We had a lovely stay. The owner is very hospitable. The grill is charcoal, not gas for anyone wondering. We recommend the place!"

"From booking to check in to check out.. everything was fantastic!! The condo is perfect size and even better location! We enjoyed every minute of the pool, beach, easy communication… we will definitely look to book for our next adventure. "
