"Staffs were very non-challant, pool price was high when the pool is super crowded, jacuzzi not working and hammam not functioning as well.. Front desk staff were non-challant about these things. Total price and reputation of the hotel did not reflect the experience we had at all. Room were very good but that was the only positive of the stay.. Overall was very pricey and you are not informed about the high prices of the swimming pool which looked like a municipality common pool..."
"Staff rude and often was ignored as I couldn’t speak Italian. I was polite and patient but didn’t like the way I was treated during my stay. Even asking for a glass with ice got an eye roll and not one word spoken.
Hotel was tired looking, bins weren’t emptied outside by the pool which attracted flies etc. Glasses/ cups were left most of the day. Just felt low effort by the staff.
Really wasn’t impressed by being woken up multiple times by the cleaning staff at 7:30-8 4 mornings out of 8!!!"

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating including the restaurant staff.
The evening meal and breakfast were excellent.
Private parking on the ground floor right next to the hotel room was a bonus having had lots of baggage and two dogs.
Conveniently situated a very short distance from the autostrada.
We will be back next year."
"How this hotel earned four stars is a mystery. It looks like it was designed by a high teenager. The most unacceptable thing was a backed up sink with hair that would just emerge and linger. I told the guy at the counter after check in but he neglected to fix it. And if you think your kids might be entertained by the life size super heroes that pepper this place consider there are graphic depictions of lurid sex on the walls of the elevator and the cushions in the lobby were made to resemble...
