There are places that call this Hotel a Motel. It is actually a luxurious hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is a beautiful lobby, with a nice bar area. The rooms are quite large and elegant. Having a free shuttle to the airport was also a huge plus. Would happily stay here again.

The bathroom lacked a standard shower, featuring only a jacuzzi with no curtain or partition, which caused water to spread everywhere. Corridor noise was unavoidable due to non-soundproof doors. Air-conditioning was centrally restricted rather than guest-adjustable. Complimentary shuttle is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though traveling to or from the airport outside of these hours requires a taxi costing around 30 euros. A safe in the room co-located with refrigerator and was closed. Wasn't glad to find that out but didn't have time to deal with that. Glad I wasn't charged by the refrigerator door opening.

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are over the top friendly and helpful. The room is classic traditional decor with warmth and elegance. Fantastic bedding and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend

The staff were very nice and thankfully the bathroom was clean but that is all I can say. The property is very dated, like 1970s dated, our room reeked of smoke and loud music was blaring outside somewhere until at least midnight on a Tuesday night. The food from room service was gross tasting. There are porn channels on the tv….. This is a stop n flop motel, NOT a hotel.

Attentive staff, conveniently located if you have a car and would like to travel to central Milano by public transport. Very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the noise of a nearby disco until early morning, apparently operating on weekends.

Great place

Hotel Maxim far exceeded my expectations. The bathtub was enormous.. big room and bathroom, very comfortable, great staff.. excellent coffee bar with the breakfast, very convenient to Linate Airport.. great price, couldn’t ask for more!
