"Lovely hotel in excellent location, room was very comfortable, spacious with a newly refurbed bathroom. Lounge area served great food with a lovely atmosphere. Spa was fantastic although feel that as a hotel guest it should be at a reduced rate. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast a great selection. The only negative was we could hear next doors television late into the evening. Would definitely stay again."

"We were well looked after by Scout on arrival. The property had a very calming atmosphere. The menu is not extensive but the quality of the food was excellent and we liked the idea of the small plates it gave the opportunity to try a number of items (in the style of tapas but with more quantity). This was a great place to get away and relax and we would not hesitate to return."

"Perfect location - nothing better than going for a daily sea swim at the beach at the bottom of the garden. We had a garden view room with a balcony that looked through the gardens and to the sea - made for idyllic mornings and evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"Great place to stay in Falmouth which has so much to offer. Good positioning us for a couple of nights as we walk the South West Coast Path."

"The property location is perfect for access to town and beaches… Need more parking allocation… especially if there are 2 or more cars going to be at one lodge. Bathrooms were NOT cleaned properly.. drains and sink holes were mouldy and had clearly not been cleaned in awhile. Washing machine was also mouldy and build up of gunk in the seal. Needs a revamp completely… furniture.. soft fittings … had several broken blinds and garden furniture just useable. If it had a revamp then would stay again…...
