"I was disappointed that the air conditioning is not operating in April. It made for some quite uncomfortable nightsโ€™ sleep this week when temperatures have been nice (24-25C by day). Positives - spotlessly clean and in a good location in town to reach eveything within 10 minutes walk - but fairly quiet too since its set back from the road. "
