"Great location easy to find. Staff on arrival very helpful, not so when leaving.The argument as to if we’d paid the bill was pretty embarrassing for them. Room was ok good view of the monasteries. Breakfast was ok. No tea or coffee in the room had to use room service. Overall good value for money.Free parking on site, but we used the car park opposite. Plenty of restaurants and bars further up from the hotel."

"Well I picked this hotel for it's proximity to the daft, out of town bus station where I was fully expecting to be dumped by my through bus. Who would stay at a bus station apart from those lost souls who've missed the last connection? Well actually it was quite busy at breakfast though I heard no other guest noise, or noise from the busy road outside. The hotel is a few steps from the main square but nicely tucked away from the bustle. We did not try the spa but the small pool was very refreshing - again with a great mountain view."

"Air conditioner did not work in the room. Staff was very unhappy to hear that . Only after our threats to call our credit card company, they gave us different room. WIFI didn’t work. Swimming pool was fool of local kids -nice kids-but never the less . Clerk at front desk is also bartender and restaurant manager. "

"Great hotel with lovely large, comfortable and clean rooms. Basic restaurant on site, nice staff. Location is useful if just stopping over on route to somewhere else as 11km out of Ioannina on an industrial estate. Please note the location is not as per the map, it's about 300m out."
