"Stayed for a night begore visiting Leeds Castle (literally next door). Room was clean and lovely view. But the only thing I would say is the room needs more sockets. None by the bed to charge phone, and I had to put the kettle and tea tray, together with the seperate coffee machine, all on the dressing table, as no plugs anywhere else to plug into. "Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. "Overall a decent hotel. Cooked breakfasts were particularly nice. Delicious smoked kippers with hard boiled eggs and toast soldiers. Excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Would have liked larger portions of fruit salad and plain yogurt to be offered in breakfast buffet (was provided on request). Bed comfortable. Kettle and fridge very welcome.
