"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."
"The front desk staff at night were wonderful, but on the contrary, those working in the morning were rather unpleasant. We were entitled to a room upgrade but they refused to give it"

Staff were average - not super helpful but quite professional. All in all convenient place for a short stay in Milan."
"Wonderful property. We needed a place close to the train station since we were coming in from Genova and then taking a flight out of the Malpensa airport. This place perfectly fit out requirements. We also headed out during the late afternoon/evening hours after Check-in to check out the various attractions in Milan. We had no problems finding Ubers near this property. "Stopped for 3 nights at end of August.
From immediate check-in we were treated fantastically. The gents on reception answered all our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was outstanding, and the waiter in there was phenomenal, making the most amazing coffee.
Room was spacious, clean, quiet and very modern with towels changed daily.
Would we stay again?? Most definitely
Would we recommend?? Most definately.
The hotel was quite possibly one of the highlights of our break."
