Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good .

We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space. Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available. The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken. The building and room was beautiful and very clean though.

Terrific experience! Very nice facilities, amazing & very friendly staff. Accommodating to all needs possible. Comfy beds, rainfall shower, and a breakfast buffet that really kick starts the day.
