"The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The biggest issue was how poorly sound insulated the room was. The street noise was unusually loud, to where it felt like a window was open. It woke us up earlier than I would have liked."

"Excellent breakfast. Lots of choices and a chef making crepes, omelets. Worth the add on. Room was clean. Linen Excellent. Only issue was they ran out of hot water for the 2nd shower. Was a busy weekend there. AC was fine. Staff great. Garage was in another building. A bit of a walk. For more challenged folks looking for accessibility ramps would be iffy. Parking extra. Not much though. Location is very good."

"From the moment we walked in Dhillon at front desk was cheerful and assisted us with a smile when checking in. He even gave us a sweet treat to enjoy. First time ever experiencing this. It was a nice surprise. Checking was quick, room was great, clean and spacious. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave etc. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Had a bit of everything. Would recommend this hotel if planning to stay in Kitchener/...

"The hotel is nice, there is no elevator, so climbing all the stairs is difficult if you have lots of bags. The room has lots of room with full kitchenette. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, they are revamping Guelph's city center. Hopefully in a few years the area will be much better."

"The one bedroom suite we stayed at was as advertised. Spacious. Well equiped to meet your needs. In suite washer & dryer as well. Newer homes with apartments and air bnbs. Our unit was in the basement with a private entrance. Centrally located to shopping & restaurants. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. "
