"The lobby and restaurant are brand new but as soon as you look on any other floor it’s really just outdated. It was clean enough though. Our balcony looked onto the rooftop which had a pile of gravel and several skylight windows over the pool under tarp. Our screen on the door was entirely ripped on the bottom. The shower was good, although it’s only a half glass door, so the floor gets wet outside. Again, not a big deal just noticeable. In the basement there is 2 lanes of bowling, a version...

Our unit was in the basement with a private entrance. Centrally located to shopping & restaurants. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. "
