"Great hotel, with excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff team.
Gorgeous food.
Room with outstanding views.
Saw Herons on the water from our room and Conwy castle.
Access to waking into Conwy.
Spa facilities very good, although pool would benefit from being larger as very busy so unable to swim.
Would stay again :)"
"We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for 4 nights, Booked a double room with a view (room 208) which was a sea view, big double windows for the view, The bathroom was huge with 2 more double windows bed was really comfy, Used the swimming pool a couple of times the whole pool was 4ft 6in deep which was a good thing if you are not a confident swimmer, My sister used the gym daily (not for me )Breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice ie cereal, cooked, basically what ever you want, waitress brings you...
"The hotel was good, in a prime location, breakfast was hot and served fast , good selection on offer . The room was clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this hotel , for the price, excellent value , and the staff friendly and helpful."
"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings. No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."
"Room was clean and bed very comfortable
Staff very helpful and room was kept well stocked and clean
Hotel in very good location
Shower was good
Sink is tiny"
"Really comfortable room with large bed and massive bathroom. The shower was amazing. Good food in the pub downstairs and right next to the nice bridge view point."
"The room was ok although the bed seemed a bit too big for the room & the mattress was hard.
Bathroom}= the toilet lid hit you on the back when you sat on the seat, the sink was next to useless as the tap was sticking out to far from the wall & splashed everywhere when you turned it on & it also didn’t have a plug so you couldn’t even run water into the sink.
The breakfast was edible but not exceptional, poached eggs not cooked properly & scrambled eggs were like an omelette cut up"
"A really nice property and an awesome castle. positives: clean and spacious rooms, great staff, great onsite restaurant and pub, very convenient for walking into town, ample parking, great historic ambiance. negative: some remote sections of the castle interior could use a bit of touch-up. My sons loved it, as did I."
"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings!
Amenities very good - good value for money.
Breakfast very good.
Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay!
Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."
"Very nice spot to set up your base while exploring north wales. As a word of caution: its very convenient location to the bus and train service is a huge plus, but the actual train and bus service in this region is quite unreliable. I was able to make due but there were a few times I had to wait upwards of 2-3 hours for trains to return back to betwy y coed after a long hike so you may want to consider renting a car if you're exploring many parts of the region, but it is still very accessible...
"Spent a lovely couple of days there last week. Welcoming host, spotless accommodation, excellent well cooked breakfast. Plenty of on street parking if you can get it as it is very busy but fortunately we were able to get 1 of the 2 off-road spots at the rear coincidentally just outside our bedroom window. Well situated near the sea front and pier which were about 5 minutes walk and only round the corner from the tram for the Great Orme which is well worth the ride to the top with wonderful...
