"Everything was lovely. The room was a standard room, but very nice, clean, with everything you could want and well laid out. The hotel has a lovely feel, very calm and peaceful and relaxing. Upmarket, but in a nice way, where you feel at ease and comfortable. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble, extra pillows, towels etc. if you need them. I asked for non-feather pillows/bedding, which was done with no problems. The pool and sauna were lovely, with excellent opening times. The restaurant food is excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay here again."

"Nice room, well appointed with a comfortable bed. I was on the ground floor and it was very noisy until around 10:30pm. I was only a few steps from the bar and atrium areas which is why it was so noisy. There was no internal lock or chain for the door which is just a personal preference. The staff were all really nice and breakfast was good. Excellent location"

"Lovely stay in the hotel for three nights. The room was spotless, with plenty of coffee, Tea, water and complimentary shower gels, shampoos etc. we ate in the hotel on the first night, and the food was lovely. My husband and I both had the fish and chips and I can recommend it. We had breakfast each day, which was freshly cooked, and great quality. I used the spa facilities. The pool was the warmest I have ever been in, it was a real bonus for me. It was also spotlessly clean and was lovely and calm and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and polite all around the hotel, and Ben in particular was keen to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will certainly be back soon! "
