"First time in Phoenix and loved location of this hotel. Clean, bright, and inviting. Great little lobby, terrace with tons of seating. Room was clean and super quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lighting was a bit dim in the room. Would stay again!"

"I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. I mean some of the blame is on me I did this last mintute in a hurry so I could make it to my dads appointment but in Expedia it was...

"The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room."

"Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo"
