"The Moose Hotel and Suites consistently delivers a great experience. While my stay initially started on a disappointing note due to excessive noise lasting until 4 a.m., the staff promptly addressed my concerns and relocated me to a quieter room, which significantly improved my experience. One unfortunate drawback, however, was the sight of someone allowing their dog to urinate on the outdoor firewood—an unsanitary and unpleasant issue. "

"Decent place on the Banff ave. Nice comfortable room with good bathroom and very comfortable bed. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but they packed us a sandwich for the hike which was good. Convenient 10min walk to downtown. Place can do with some facelift. "

"The view from the hotel is just beautiful. The room service was disappointing. Our rooms were only partially cleaned during our 4-day stay."

"Post Hotel treats you like Royalty. They take care of every detail of your stay from shuttles to anything you need. We asked where a microwave to pop popcorn and they brought one to our room! We asked how to cool the room down and they brought a portable air conditioner. Everyone was extremely nice. You can walk to a small grocery and bakeries to get sandwiches made for your hike. "Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!"

"This hotel gave us a warm feeling as soon as we walked in. The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the en suite facilities were very good too. Our only gripe would be the proximity to the train line but as trains go through there about two of three times a day it was not a major issue.
