"GREAT STAY - FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST WHO SORTED OUR ROOM OUT FOR A QUITER LOCATION AS WE ARRIVED TOO EARLY TO CHECK IN. ROOM WAS CLEAN GREAT TEA TRAY. GREAT BATHROOM WITH GOOD SHOWER - ONLY DOWNSIDE ROOM WAS HOT DID GO DOWN TO RECEPTION FOR A FAN HOWEVER, THEY WERE BUSY SO DID NOT WANT TO TROUBLE THEM SO I AM SURE IF I WAITED THEY WOULD OF PROVIDED A FAN. DID NOT EAT IN HOTEL SO CANNOT COMMENT"

"At time of booking we asked for room near elevator as one guest v elderly and disabled. No-one responded. I checked again upon actual check in and was assured we’d be in room closest to elevator. In actual fact we were 2nd last room furthest from elevator and 10-12 rooms in between us they could have offered. Was also told at 2pm that we were too early for room, but that they let us know when it was free. They did not let us know. Rooms decent but v basic. Think 3 star at best. Pool area quite...

"Had to ask again for an additional bed as this had been forgotten about. Staff who came to help were wonderful and gave us good advice. In the morning we had to for quite a while to order breakfast abd ask staff to fill the coffee machine and the milk alternatives. Most of the staff were so friendly and chatty."
