"Between the property and Expedia this was a total bust. We came down with a bad cold 4 days prior to the trip. Tried to cancel through Expedia they dropped the ball. Tried to get a refund from the hotel declined. Spent 1400 to stay at home because no one can follow a basic instruction. Next time I will go and spend my sickness around to all hotel staff and the guests. What a complete joke."

"My stay for Memorial Day weekend was terrible. I booked a balcony room and was given instead a first floor room. I did not pay for a first floor room. Then the building was so far from the amenities that we felt isolated. They need to be infront about where families with pets stay and instead of me pulling teeth to get the truth about why we were placed in a terrible area of the property. Only positive, the location is close to all the sites and food"

"Our stay at the Stilwell Hotel was excellent. The hotel is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We visited over Memorial Day weekend. Once stepping onto the property we felt the calmness, away from the hustle and bustle of people hurriedly moving along the streets. The courtyard with the pizza oven was a highlight for us. The pizza was some of the best food we ate on our trip. There was plenty of seating in the courtyard with fire tables. We enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. I...

"Front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly. Dinner at Covey Grill was an adventure. We ordered takeout and received the wrong order. When we finally got the correct order food was very undercooked. 9 hole mini golf course is really cool. Rooms were nice. Overall, a very enjoyable experience minus the food mishap."

"Well the signs for the entrance was confusing and not properly laid out. The gate for where we stayed needs to be fixed but still closed and lastly I don’t mind being naked at all using the tub in front of the room’s outdoor patio at the entrance of the room; other guests who are shy probably won’t use it?"
