"The barman Moses was very pleasant,attentive and helpful.
Our room was a different matter, when choosing our room from scanning the pictures, on your website we chose a cosy garden lake view room, but, the room we were allocated on arrival appeared to reflect a double room, The issues that we had with the room are as follows:
The toilet brush was dirty and the stainless steel container was rusty and in a very sub standard condition.
There was also a water leak which appeared to be coming from...
"The property is in a nice quiet area with plenty of parking. There is also a bus stop right outside. Our room was great with a great view of the valley. I think the stay is good for a relaxing evening with lots to do in the property and around. They have some vegetarian options in the menu as well.
They have spa treatments that are advertised for 7 days a week, but don’t seem to operate on Sundays or Mondays, which is bad if you’re planning to spend the weekend there. Not the property if you...
"I chose a more budget room, so my view wasnt very nice and overlooked by other rooms (the garden is lovely so maybe consider upgrading to a garden view). However, the room was large, well maintained and I didnt notice any significant cleanliness issues. Bathroom had plenty of surface space for toiletries.
The car park can get quite full if an event is on. Food and drinks I thought a little pricey (large glass of wine and a burger £37). Pool was nice and lots of gym equipment."
"The room is cosy and comfortable, with plenty of parking spaces in both the front and back of the building. The made-to-order breakfast was very good, although it doesn’t start until 8:30 a.m. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk to town and a 15-minute walk to the lakeside."

"The communal areas in the hotel were lovely and the staff were friendly. The room we were allocated however was very disappointing for the price. We paid £194 for one night with a £20 additional charge for bringing our dog. The room we were given felt cramped and as it was on the ground floor, there was very limited natural light. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not great."
"Friendly welcome on arrival . room was relatively small but well equipped and clen. Bed was comfortable. Dinner in the evening was excellent and all bar prices were very reasonable. while there was some ongoing construction in the hotel grounds, there was still the ability to take a short stroll around the grounds. Definitely worthy of a short stay."

"A beautiful setting. The parkland with peacocks and chickens was great to walk around with our dog. Rooms spacious and clean with good facilities and restaurant food excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful - a great place to stay especially as a base for walking/visiting the Lake Distrct."
