"Unable to shut bathroom door
Areas of lighting not working
Socket broken, (only one near the bed).
Two consecutive mornings of cold showers, third morning had to run for a period of time for it to be warm .
Woken @ 04.00hrs by neighbouring room . Sounding like they were falling into furniture, ? Breaking .
04.30 knocking on my door wakening my 13yr grandson who was swimming at national level that day . Told them wrong room . Was assured security was on duty .

"Lovely spot for a trip, staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and the property was immaculate. Lovely touch with the honesty bar area and the breakfast was delicious."
"Master bedroom was spacious with a balcony to the lake view. Although other two rooms are slightly smaller. But it’s a family friendly property. I couldn’t open gate for Juliet balcony not sure if it’s not working.
There is a big Asda supermarket nearby for Amy groceries and fuel. Plenty of crockeries in kitchen with all major appliances.
I feel in extreme heat, property gets heated up and maybe host should make a few fans available for next time.
Plenty of stairs to climb so be sure about...

"The B&B was located in a lovely and unusual setting at the end of a cul de sac. The views were great. Our hosts were very welcoming and informal. Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. Our visit coincided with a 30C heatwave but our room on the first floor, although without air conditioning, remained at a pleasant...
"The property was well appointed beds very comfy, the whole property was well finished, my only constructive criticism are 2 fold, 1 you need to invest in bath sheets and not towels for tte bigger person like myself and 2nd please ask BT for booster discs they are free of charge it would help boost the signal in the up stairs bedroom"
"Triple booked the apartment, we were left on the street with no alternative accomodation with another family , couldnt even speak to anyone until 10pm then told we had knowhere to sleep."
