"I booked this hotel and arrived at 9 pm to be told " no room would be available" - because it was booked through Expedia and they had a new computer system that could not handle this. Reasonable that a hotel might update its boking system, but that kind of error is just a fail. Eventually a room was found, but I did not receive any compensation. And then the front staff had to bill my credit card twice explaining to me because I had booked on expedia they had to bill me again...I still don't...

"Less than one night stay before an early morning flight. Hotel had a shuttle to airport which we took advantage of. Just had to book with front desk. Convenient for flight but was a little loud due to proximity to airport. But decent stay. No issues."
