"Very friendly welcome and pleasant room. However the noise from the lift was very unwelcome and went on until midnight. We were in room 41 first after reception and also had noise from other guests as they passed our door. Otherwise a very nice hotel and lovely buffet dinner and breakfast."

There are 10 different spas and 2 pools- inside and outside which our kids loved! The room is very nice with comfortable beds. Our teenagers stayed upstairs with 2 beds and we were downstairs. "The spa was a nice surprise, great pool. The rooms was huge, but no aircon, so very warm in the summer. The bar was never attended, so difficult to get beverages at any time. The food was limited in choice and average quality. But the location is stunning. "
