"This property is perfectly situated in downtown Stirling. The staff were exceptional. The price was a little higher than our budget but, because of reviews, we chose it. The bathroom could use a little updating. We stayed in a suite in which the bunkbed room looked bigger online than it really was and the bunkbeds were a bit uncomfortable. The full bed though was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was standard Scottish fare and pretty good. The staff though really were the winners...

"Booked and paid for 3 adults, on arrival into the room there was a tiny trunk bed provided for an adult which was half the size of an adult! The receptionist was not interested telling us they were full. I asked for another pillow to be told non left. We had a terrible night sleep and contacted manager once one, no response… Nice hotel if only 2 adults. Staff need to be friendly."

"Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Restaurant close by is great too. Location of hotel is ideal for visiting many places as the bus station is a few minutes walk away"

"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"
