"Parto da una cosa il posto è bellissimo, ma: Personale troppo impostato, direi da un 5 stelle, senza che se ne capisca il motivo, che spesso è risultato distaccato e poco ospitale; Spa basica con bagno turco e saune piccoline per le persone che fanno entrare (forse sarebbe meglio fare turni da 1 ora e mezza, con ingressi contingentati); camere da letto non all'altezza, o bagni piccolini con docce triangolari o letti scomodi con cuscini inesistenti; Area fitness che sarebbe meglio chiamare...

"We found the location to be inconvenient, not located near a train station with a few shuttle options though the shuttles seemingly don't run on Sundays? Breakfast options were okay but did cost per person. We spent some time sitting around the pool relaxing and actually got locked out of the hotel. Took some time to get attention of an employee to be let back in, though they did not unlock the doors so we propped them open to continue enjoying the pool area."

"Tricky marketing, the Pool isnt apart of the hotel. 170 Euros a night, the elevator has no Lightning at all, the shower walls falling off, and a very small breakfast. Positives: beds were very clean, very kind staff."
