"We have been coming here for 15 years. They really need to update the workout room, the machines are old and not working. The bathroom showers still need grout cleaning and I told the front desk. Paid $370 for waterfront room for one night. They do allow you to go on the lake early upon arrival while you wait for the room. The kids love stopping here before we spend the week in saranac. It's a great hotel but definitely can use some updating in certain areas. The landscaping by the pool area...

Little tiny windows, bare bulb overhead lighting, inadequate bulb-type bedside lighting. We had a suite and it was the least luxurious thing I have ever stayed in. "what a beautiful and special place! Theres a fantastic pool for kids/family overlooking the beautiful lake. I wish we were able to stay longer. It was really one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. The Cabin lodging, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything was just great! Check out is at 10am, I wish it was maybe till noon for what you pay for but I understand because the cabins need to be cleaned. It was great!"

If you arrive before 5 PM the restaurant will be closed and there will be no one to assist you or answer any questions.
