"This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Excellent location; and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, as usual. The allocated room was on the nose so we were moved, without argument. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and there were the usual comforts. The included breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The table was clean.
