"Good place to stay for a one night stay. Very close to the city centre, less than a ten minute walk to York Minster and so a good base for our trip. Nice clean rooms, good size. Bathroom was also clean and bright. The kettle was very mouldy though which was a shame so couldn't use this. The car park is also very very small and compact and didn't seem as secure as expected as the barriers are left often."
"As a disabled person the fact that a taxi can not pull up to the front door is very inconvenient ( but not a fault of the hotel but the Leeds council) so the car park is a walk away to be disabled or not with bags cases is a struggle on departure I ask on reception if there was a porter to help me with my bag to the car park as I am on crutches after suffering a broken neck and back could see I was clearly struggling

"I had two rooms booked, and the experience started badly from the moment we arrived. During check-in, the manager was already arguing with someone on the phone, which was unprofessional and did not create a good first impression.
Although we paid an early check-in fee, we were given the worst room. The sink was broken, and there was even a dirty sock left in the room, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly.
To make matters worse, I accidentally left a pair of gold stud...
"Fin lokasjon med bare 10-15 minutter gange til det aller meste. Hyggelige ansatte og fin størrelse på vårt rom (vi var 2 voksne og 1 barn). Det var overraskende stille på rommet med tanke på beliggenheten. Desverre var frokosten en skuffelse. Det var tomt for alt av mat allerede 1 time før frokosten var ferdig. Dette var en gjenganger i løpet av vår 5 dagers opphold. Vi hadde ikke annet valg enn å finne oss frokost ute."

"Never had the breakfast rooms clean bed comfy but the lifts where so slow to the point we had to start walking down 12 floors as one was out of order then when you do get the lift it’s going to every floors and everyone is cramped in not good."
