"Great view! Hotel overlooks the lake. Lovely. BUT! The hotel advertised a train shuttle. Sent messages days before - no response! Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over...

"We had a wonderful 15 night stay at the Hotel Mueller in Pontresina. Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage and windows looking out to the mountains. Our bathroom was spacious and kept very clean. The breakfasts had a good variety, plentiful supplies and we especially enjoyed the excellent local cheeses and meats. Staff were always helpful but not intrusive - there when needed for ideas and advice. The location is great - a few minutes walk to Pontresina Post bus stop...
