La nostra camera era un po’ piccola e datata (lavandino e piastrelle scheggiate, mobili rovinati). Carino il centro benessere ma mancavano i teli per la sauna (invece molto apprezzabile la disponibilità dell’accappatoio in camera). La colazione aveva una buona varietà di scelta, ma non ho apprezzato la posizione del nostro tavolo davanti alla uscita di emergenza (che dovrebbe per legge rimanere sgombra) anche perché dalla porta entravano spifferi poco apprezzabili.

La struttura è carina, gli arredi delle camere erano recenti. Ho trovato il personale in reception molto gentile e disponibile mentre quello in sala per la colazione mi è sembrato poco organizzato. La struttura è abbastanza vicina all'impianto di risalita Carosello 3000. L'hotel ha un proprio parcheggio privato ma un paio di volte non vi abbiamo trovato posto. In ogni caso c'è un grande parcheggio pubblico gratuito che si trova poco più avanti, a cinque minuti a piedi.
