"1. Can we atleast make sure towels are there in the room? I had to go to the front desk to get multiple times just to get the towels. 2. The WiFi was so poor. There is no WiFi info in the room. May be a barcode would have helped a bit. 3. Stayed in the hotel room for three nights, the housekeeping didn’t showed up one time. 4. Th room phone was not even working. They could hear my voice while calling multiple times. 5. I could hear people walking throughout the night on the floor above so...

"Poor customer service, except from the hispanic girl at the breakfast area, she was extremely nice and helpful, the only person in the whole hotel that had a good attitude and cared about the guests. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was somewhat clean, the tub was clogged. The sink faucets were inverted."

"Patio was great but was left locked after the rain even when it was sunny the next day. This was a bit disappointing. Also some areas were not cleaned properly and have spider webs at the Patio. Some of the plates were not clean at the breakfast and the breakfast was not that great. Daily room service was provided only upon request. The parking building across seriously need to be renovated. It was in really bad shape and dirty."
