"True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine."

"Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of proper amenities, the price was far too high. Overall, the experience did not provide good value for the cost. The room windows appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time. The hotel itself is quite worn down and in need of maintenance. We were unable to take a shower because the shower knob came out of the wall, it was already broken and simply sitting there unattached. Although we were offered the use of a shower in another vacant room, it was inconvenient and disruptive to be moving from room to room as a guest. This situation should occurred if it was grooms are maintained."
