"Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the...

"The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay."
